A muzzle (to be used only if necessary during the flight).
Any comfort items your pet may need, like a favorite toy or blanket.
Pre-Flight and Check-In
-
Q: What time should I arrive at the airport?
A: We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This allows time for check-in, pet interaction assessments, and pre-flight relaxation in our lounge.
-
Q: What documentation is required for my pet to fly?
A: Depending on your destination, you may need to provide vaccination records or a health certificate for your pet. We will send you a detailed list of any required documents after booking.
-
Q: Will my pet interact with other animals before the flight?
A: Yes, during check-in, our staff will assess how your pet interacts with other animals in the terminal. This helps us arrange seating for a comfortable and stress-free experience for all passengers and pets.
In-Flight Experience
-
Q: Where will my pet sit during the flight?
A: Your pet will sit in-cabin with you. Larger dogs will have ample space next to your seat, and small pets can remain in carriers by your feet.
-
Q: Are there safety protocols for pets during the flight?
A: Yes, your pet’s safety is our top priority. In rare cases where a pet shows signs of stress or aggression, we may ask you to use the muzzle provided. Our flight crews are trained to handle pet-related situations calmly and professionally.
-
Q: What if my pet needs to use the bathroom during the flight?
A: We recommend walking your pet before boarding. While our flights are designed to be as seamless as possible, for longer flights, please bring pee pads or other necessary items just in case.
Post-Flight and Arrival

A: Just like for passengers, disembarkation is smooth and stress-free. Once you arrive, you and your pet will exit the aircraft quickly without the usual baggage delays of commercial flights.
